Could the Holocaust happen again? Yes it could possibly happen agian in the near or far futrure, just because of prejudice and wanting perfect. Based on research perfect is all Hitler wanted; people to look, talk, and act the same. We have no idea what the future government is expected to be. What if they want everything perfect? We have absolutely no idea. "I think that it is very possible that any country (including the western world) could again feel that much hatred against another group of people." Majority of countries could have enough hatred for another country. "In 2008 there were 559 reported incidents of anti-Semitism worldwide. In 2009 that number jumped to 1,129. The UK was the biggest offender, with anti-Semitic incidents there increasing from 112 in 2008 to 374 in 2009. France was close behind, with 50 anti-Semitic incidents in 2008 and 195 in 2009. Canada saw an increase from just 13 anti-Semitic incidents in 2008 to 138 incidents in 2009."

For example, we have experienced prejudice before and it was different from the Holocaust, but the same because people died. World War I happened in 1913 and then World War II happened in 1939. Therefore, things that happen in history can start all over again. Wars still happen today, other historical things happen today; couldn't something like the Holocaust happen again? Yes. "But can we just leave it alone? We know about it but we don't talk about it. Perhaps we've even listened to a Holocaust survivor speak. We know that the Holocaust was infinitely more horrible than we can imagine. But does everyone know this?"(Rosenberg) If something like it happens again, will people stand up for what is right, is the question. During the Holocaust people would just stand there and watch it, and do absolutely nothing about it. But there are people out in the world that is against anything like war, so there will be people who would try to stop it immediately.
