Quote, paraphrase, and citation #1

“The Holocaust is a history of enduring horror and sorrow. It seems as though there is no spark of human concern, no act of humanity, to lighten that dark history.” -Louis Bülow

What he is saying is looking back at the years of the Holocaust were horrific and saddening because no human that watched this did nothing. No human even tried to stop or go let the word out to someone who would care; instead they just stood there watching.
